Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actress who has been recognized for her talent. She's an Sagittarius born on December 3, 1960. She was born in North Carolina. She's the eldest of three siblings, born to Peter Moore Smith who was the paratrooper. Her mother Anne works as a psychotherapist. Her parents are English, Scottish and of mixed descent.
